Telephone software support 7 days per week 12 to 8pm*
Onsite response within 24 hours, 7 days per week 9:00am to 5:30pm

 *This requires the customer to set up and maintain PC Anywhere and a broadband connection.

Free Support

All Purple-I EPOS systems receive free ‘Basic Care’ telephone support for 12 months following purchase. We also provide free email technical support for Purple-I EPOS products.
